Aliyana Gabriel
Aliyana joined partway through her junior season and wrestled in four matches before an injury.

120-125
Natalee High
Natalee is entering her third year in the program, winning ten matches as a junior 110-pounder. She earned the starting spot for the first half of the season, after a busy off-season with camps, open mats and weightlifting. Her consistency training will continue to elevate her game this spring and summer. Her sisters, Paityn (HS) and Chloe (Spark) also wrestle, and her mom, Gennifer, is a girls youth assistant coach.

125-130
Lacie Knick
Lacie enters her senior season after finishing 4th in the state and being ranked as high as 20th in the country at 125 lbs. She won her third Findlay FIGHT title, as well as championships at the Pioneer Classic and Fear the Spear. Lacie also was sectional and district champion, finishing 37-2 with 28 pins. Her career record is 118-5 and she won the 125 lb OHSAA state championship as a sophomore and finishing as a state runner-up her freshman year at 120 lbs. She was an Ironman finalist as sophomore (was injured and did not compete in the event as a junior).
Nationally, she has placed three times in the USA Wrestling Folkstyle Nationals (2nd, 3rd and 4th). This past off-season, she finished 3-2 in Fargo and was 4-2 at Super 32. She is a 3x member of Team Ohio. Lacie also catches for the Pioneer softball team in the spring. Her dad assists the girls high school team and her brother, Drew, wrestled at the University of FIndlay

Camille Ramey
Camille was injured her entire junior season but return as a senior for the Pioneers. She began wrestling as a 6th grader for Orange Crush, and then as a 7th grader for our girls middle school club, the Olentangy Fire. As a freshman, she was a state alternate at 100 lbs, winning 28 matches, then followed that up with another regional placement (6th at 105 lbs) as a sophomore. As a 10th grader, Camille went 25-15 and placed 8th at Ironman, 6th Pioneer Classic, 4th Columbia and 3rd Sectionals. She qualified for the 2024 16U Junior Nationals in Fargo, ND at 118 lbs. Her older brother, Will, was a member of the boy's team at Orange, and her younger brother, Jackson, wrestles for Orange Crush.

Ailin Kenenbaeva
Ailin did not compete as a junior after wrestling her freshman and sophomore seasons. As a sophomore, she was a district qualifier at 125 lbs, winning 8 matches in a shortened season and placing 4th at sectionals. During her 9th grade season, Ailin was a starter at 120 lbs for the Pioneers. She also plays Lacrosse for Orange.

Chloe Tompkins
Chloe finished 4th in the state this season to earn her first podium spot, winning a sectional title and finishing 3rd at the district tournament. She was 42-8 with 36 pins on the year. Chloe began wrestling as a 2nd grader for the Little Braves and then competed as a 7th and 8th grader for our girls middle school club, the Olentangy Fire. As a freshman and sophomore, she was a two-time state qualifier for Berlin, winning a match at the 2024 OHSAA state tournament at 130 lbs. As a 10th grader, Chloe was a champion at Claymont sectionals and finished 3rd at regionals. Her high school record is 118-33 and she is a member of Team Ohio, and last summer finished one win shy of All-American honors at U16 Nationals in Fargo, ND. Her brothers and dad are all wrestlers!

Mari Berkey
Mari did not compete as a junior after wrestling as a freshman and sophomore for the Pioneers. She battled through injuries in both years, winning four matches as a sophomore 140 and seven as a freshman 130. As an 10th grader, she placed 4th at the Hamilton Township Invitational. Mari also plays club and beach volleyball, and hopes to do the latter in college. Her sister Adri wrestled for the Pioneers.

Maggie Myers
Maggie won 16 matches as junior, placing 4th at Hamilton Township and 8th at the Pioneer Classic. She was a starter part of her freshman (130) and sophomore (125) seasons, scoring at the regional tournament her freshman year. Her sophomore season was cut short in December with an injury. A workhorse and leader in the weightroom, Myers is an essential piece of the program. She has a career varsity record of 35-22 and is a captain for the Pioneer field hockey team.

Lexie Riley
Lexie is a two-year team captain, placing 6th in the OHSAA state tournament at 145 pounds. She finished her junior campaign at 36-11 with 26 pins, placing 6th at Ironman, 4th at the Pioneer Classic and 1st at Fear the Spear. Lexie also was a sectional champion and district runner-up as a junior. She grew up playing volleyball, but joined wrestling as a freshman and was an immediate contributor. As a ninth grader, she won 19 matches at 120 and 125, sustaining a season-ending injury at the regional tournament. As a sophomore, she moved to 130 lbs won 30 matches. In 2024, she also qualified for U16 Nationals in Fargo, ND at 142 lbs, where she won a freestyle bout

Jasmine Kaur
Jasmine joined the wrestling team in ninth grade and won five matches in her first year on the mat. She competed in multiple tournaments and looks to elevate her game during sophomore year.

Peyton Johnson
PJ compiled a 25-13 record with 15 pins, going 2-2 at districts in her junior season. She was 4th at Pioneer Classic, 2nd at Fear the Spear and 2nd at sectionals. Peyton started wrestling as a ninth grader, winning two matches at 155 in her opening season. As sophomore 140, she placed 4th at Women of Ironman and 2nd at Desales Classic; unseeded at sectionals, she pinned three girls to win the title, then went 4-1 at regionals to finish 3rd at qualify for the state tournament. Her sister Rowan wrestles for the girls youth team (Spark).

Nawal Ali
Nawal began wrestling in 7th grade for Hilliard, but moved to Orange as a freshmen. As a junior, she was the starter for a portion of the season, winning fourteen matches and earning seven pins. She placed at 8th at both the Ironman and Pioneer Classic. Nawal competed at 190 at a freshman, then earned 12 varsity wins as a sophomore, placing 3rd at Desales; 8th at the Pioneer Classic; 2nd at Whetstone and 4th at Columbia. After her sophomore year, Nawal qualified for and travelled to U16 Nationals in Fargo, ND, where she won a match at 170 lbs. She has made an enormous change in how she trains and it is reflected in her results.
