MacKenzie Carder
Mackenzie started wrestling as a youth and joined the Orange program as a 6th grader. She was the OHSAA State Champion in 2026, capping a 46-2 season with sectional and district titles. She was 1st team OCC and All-Metro, as well as winning titles at the Findlay FIGHT, Pioneer Classic and Fear the Spear. As a sophomore, Carder was state runner-up at 120 lbs and compiled a 44-2 record with 37 pins, and was a state runner-up at 110 lbs. as a freshman, compiling a 37-2 record.
In freestyle, Kenzie won 2026 Junior Nationals in Fargo, ND, going 6-0 at 125 lbs. She also went 13-0 at National Duals to cap a tremendous summer. Carder was also a Fargo runner-up at 115 in 2025, and finished 4th in U16 Nationals in 2024. She placed 7th at the U17 World Team Trials in 2024. As a middle schooler, she was a 2x OAC runner-up. Carder has a sister and four brothers in the Orange wrestling program.

Nayleen Pajaro
Nayleen wrestled four matches as a junior, including her first varsity pin at the Citrus Duals. She also suffered an injury as a sophomore, which cost her most of her season. She is looking forward to a strong senior year.

Sydney Coe
Sydney won 8 matches in her first year, competing from 115-120. She also trains and coaches Brazilian jiu jitsu at Team Chitwood.

Alanna Smith
Alanna has been wrestling since she was five years old, and has been in the Orange program since 7th grade when she competed for Olentangy Fire. In 11th grade, Smith was 35-9 and a state qualifier, finishing 3rd at districts and winning a sectional title. As a sophomore at 140 lbs, she was 33-12 with 29 pins, winning a sectional title and placing 6th at districts. She finished 6th Ironman, 5th FIGHT, 3rd Pioneer Classic and 1st at Fear the Spear. As a freshman 115-pounder, Alanna won 30 matches, was a regional runner-up and OHSAA state qualifier, with six wins over state placers, placing 2nd at the prestigious Findlay FIGHT.
As an 8th grader, Alanna placed 4th in OAC state and is a 2x member of Team Ohio, she won a match at U16 Nationals in Fargo, ND. She loves to ride her motorcycle.

Abbey Simmons
Abbey enters her senior season ready to have a breakout year. She was injured most of her junior season, but grabbed 8 wins. The highlight was a 4-1 Citrus Duals record that helped push the team to the title. Simmons had a strong sophomore season at 135/140, winning 19 matches with 12 pins. She won matches at Findlay's FIGHT and also claimed the title at the Marysville JV tournament. As a freshman 115-pounder, she competed in four tournaments. Abbey began wrestling for he trailblazers in 7th grade
In 2025, she qualified for Fargo 16U Nationals as a member of Team Ohio. She has two sisters, with Emma wrestling in 7th grade.

Jaiana Burrell
As a junior, Jaiana won 24 matches and was a district qualifier at 190 lbs. She earned the Most Improved Wrestler Award for her efforts. As a sophomore, she won six matches (with three pins) and finished 2nd at the Marysville JV tournament. She started wrestling as a freshman and won four matches while finishing 2nd at the Desales Classic and 6th at Whetstone Invitational.
Jaiana was a member of Team Ohio in 2026, competing in Junior Nationals in Fargo, ND.
